Dune DiCapo has been an influential artist in the D.C. Area since the early 90's.
After transferring from Duke Ellington School of the Arts to F.W. Ballou SHS...
Dune started his career before graduation winning many awards
And painting tees for classmates and faculty throughout school.
After graduation he started designing urban clothing
for most of the top local companies such as
"The Madness Connection", "We R One", "Shooters", "Mchunu", "Aja Imani".
...Also flexing his talents as a prominent airbrush artist painting on anything
from tees and jackets to whole cars, hoods, trunks & wall murals.
Dune decided to change careers after a chance meeting with
Charlie Gudiel at Top Notch Tattoo Studio
who later took him on as an apprentice.
After 2 years in 2008 tattoo apprenticeship done and still
much to learn he has become one of the most
sought after Tattoo Artists in the DMV.
Now based out of Blackline Tattoo in College Park, MD
